Cam Ward Carolina Hurricane - Lifting the Cup - Autographed 16x20 Photograph Carolina Hurricanes goalie Cam Ward had a heck of a rookie season. In 2005- the young backup to Martin Gerber was called upon to stand between the pipes when Gerber went down with an injury. Gerber performed well in the regular season- but really turned his game up a notch in the playoffs after stepping in for the struggling Gerber. Ward led the Hurricanes to series wins against the Canadians- Devils- Sabres and Oilers on the way to lifting the Stanley Cup. Ward earned himself the Conn Smythe (MVP) Award for his efforts. He compiled a 30-21-6 during the 2006-2007 season- but the Hurricanes failed to reach the playoffs. Cam Ward has hand signed this 16x20 photo of him holding up the cup. Francis was a model of consistency- averaging more than a point a game in over 1-700 games. Francis stands second all-time in career assists with 1-249- fourth in career points (1-798)- third in games played (1-731)- and 21st in career goals (549). He won two Stanley Cups- the first in 1990-91 and the second the following season- and both with the Penguins. Not surprisingly- he gained entry into the Hockey Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility and was officially inducted on November 12- 2007.
